Meditation Sessions unfold with various techniques in alignment. Creating an environment as you journey in towards connecting with yourself.

- Consciously uplevel your vibration to higher levels of frequency to harness epigenetics and alter your state of being to a more nourishing and flourishing state from survival mode

Understanding the stresses that full time working lives can have, coupled with busy home lives balancing families and personal growth can take a toll in the long term.
Since career and life in general is not a sprint but a marathon, it’s important to build self care into our lifestyles. But everyday being busy in today's world with challenges to carve extra time out, periodic sessions such as these can help with care of body and mind within the work day at the space you are in.
I have been teaching for Corporations, School districts, Park Districts, Studios and also run private sessions for organizations and individuals here in Chicagoland and overseas since I certified as a yoga instructor in 2016.
